"Chef Emory here. Part of our dinner is using roasted garlic broccoli, and we want to get this going now while the fish is in the oven as well at the same 350 degree oven. It's perfect for the garlic as well. And this roasted garlic that I'm going to show you how to do, this is perfect for any time you want to use any kind of roasted garlic. You don't have to use it just for the broccoli. You can add it to just about anything -- pasta, other dips, or whatever. It's just a great way to know how to do something, and it's just too easy. You take a whole -- this is a whole -- this is called a bulb of garlic. It's the whole thing. It's a bulb. The little individual pieces, those are cloves. So you want a whole bulb of garlic, and we're going to cut it in half. We're going to cut it in half about a half inch from the base so that it all stays together. See when you do that, see how the two halves, it all stays nicely together. And now what we want to do is, since it's going in the oven, we want to take a piece of aluminum foil, place the bottom on there. We're going to drizzle a little bit of olive oil right on top -- just a few drops like that. And I think a little salt would be nice, too. Just sprinkle a little bit of salt on there. We're going to put the top back on. Oops. A piece fell out. It's okay. And then we're going to wrap it up. And then we're going to put it in the oven. It takes about 45 minutes. I don't think it gets any easier than that, okay? So keep clicking. We're going to show you how to make the rest of the dinner."
