"Hi! I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make sweet potatoes. Our next ingredient is our crushed pineapple. You can use either crushed pineapple or you can use pineapple chunks. The pineapple chunks will have the same effect giving it a little bit more bite just like if you used chunky applesauce. Make sure that if you are using pineapple chunks instead of the crushed pineapple, that you drain if first. Even the crushed pineapple can be a little bit juicy. You want to scoop it out rather than just pouring it straight from the can. With the addition of the pineapple, that gives you a layer of each of the 3 ingredients besides the marshmallows. At this point, you can continue layering the fruits and vegetables, or you can stop and add some marshmallows. What I'm going to do is add just a little bit of marshmallows onto this layer so that you get some extra sweetness in there. It's a little bit sugary in the middle. Although, you have to remember that these marshmallows will not get crispy. They'll just melt inside. "
