"The next dish we're going to do is the holiday party piesta resistance. It is, I have to introduce it with a little bit of a warning, it's a great way to make friends but just be warned that those friends, every subsequent party you hold, will be requesting this dish. So. starting, what I've done is I've cut the top off of a double cream brie. And the bigger the better because it always, no matter, you think you go for the largest brie and there's still never enough. Everybody's down there with their scrappers trying to get the last bits of it. So I cut off the top, because what I'm going to do is I'm going to scrape, rather spoon, some apricot marmalade right on top like that. And, removing the crust really allows the sweetness of the marmalade to combine with the salty cheese. Get a really nice mix there. And then, from there we're gonna take some slivered almonds just to add a little crunch to the top of it. There you go, that couldn't be faster right? So we're gonna bake this in a 350 degree over for twenty to twenty-five minutes. The house will smell fabulous but what you're looking for really is the bubbles around. It's going to get all bubbly and melting and in the meantime I'm going to slice this fresh baguette and then you'll see the cheese will ooze into it and it will be just devine."
