"Hi. My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today, I'm going to show you how to cook a ham. OK. So my syrup mixture is ready. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to take it, like I said earlier and it's pretty thin looking cause it's cool, and I'm just going to pour it over every single inch of the ham. Make sure I don't miss anything. The cool thing is, since the ham is already fully cooked and it's kind of split open in parts and pulled away from the bone, a lot of this is going to run all the way into the absolute center of the ham. I'm taking great care to make sure I fill out this part that's right here by the bone where it could get inside. It's completely fine that this is still hot. It's not going to hurt anything. And what I've done, I've also turned my oven up to four hundred and twenty-five degrees. Because that's how hot we need it to be to basically do our glaze. Now you can see a couple of spots the cloves fell out, make sure those aren't on your ham. They can be in the bottom of the pan. That's fine. But just not actually on the ham. So now what I'm going to do is I'm going to wrap this in foil, on the top; nice and air tight. Hopefully while it's still hot like this. Throw it down on four hundred and twenty-five degrees for about ten minutes should do it. And I'll come see you when that's all done."
