I am expert at making homemade fudge. The reason being, I've been making it for over 20 years. It started when I was very young. Through the 20 years of making fudge, giving them as gifts, using them as entertaining presents, or serving them to my guests, people have always commented that I make the very best fudge. Now, fudge is really very simple to make, but it's the technique in making that fudge that really make the difference between a really good smooth light tasting fudge, or something that's a little bit too sugary. What my goal for you is to really show you the techniques that I've held for 20 years, and show you how you can very easily make this homemade fudge. It's going to be great for gift giving, and there's a side bar, because I'll also show you not only how to cut fudge, because there is special way to cut it, but also how to package it.
