"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller, and today we're going to cook nice, hot fudge brownies. After you've let your brownies cool for about 15 minutes on this rack here, you're going to just loosen it up just a little bit. They should be nice and loose because you put a nice amount of butter in there. Just loosen the edges so when you cut it, you'll be able to remove the piece of brownie. Do remember that the first piece is always the most difficult piece to pull out of this cake pan. If it breaks up that's okay. You can give it to the kids. We're going to go ahead and cut it first. I go ahead and cut it in small squares like this. Go straight across. Be careful not to break it apart. Again, like that. You should have room to get a little small line across like this. It doesn't have to be perfect, but about this size is good. I like this really small like tasting bites. You can cut them bigger, but they're nice and fat. I like to do small. Because they've cooled, I'm able to press down and I'm able to cut them like that. "
