"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village, okay we prepare our frosting ahead of time now if you had your frosting in the refrigerator remember to rewhip it right before you use it. When it is nice and smooth it is ready to use. Clean your beaters off with your spatula, just put them aside. Okay now frosting to put the frosting in the middle you just put a nice big blob right in the middle and then just take your spatula and just push it out to the side while turning the cake. It should come out just a little bit past the edge. Okay now we are going to put on the next layer again loosen the edges and we are going to put that cake also upside down and remove the paper. Now you want to check and see that it is level. It is not level you can push it down and if you find that it needs a little more frosting then you can lift it up and put a little bit more in there and check it for level again. Okay. "
