"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village now we are going to prepare our pie filling. We have 6 cups of peeled and slice peaches. To that we would add a 1/2 cup of sugar, a teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg and 3 tablespoon of cornstarch. The cornstarch will mix in there to make a nice thick bubbly filling. Okay just stir that, just toss it around, stir it up until it is even and then we would put that right into our pie crust. Scrap out all that filling. I like to just flatten out the fruit because it is going to cook anyways this helps to sort of condense it and next we are going to do a lattice top for this pie. Now is a good time to preheat our oven to 400 degrees. "
