"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make these beautiful delicate delicious spritz cookies. Now it's time to fill our cookie press with dough and let's get started making cookies. Because I have dyed the dough green; we are going to use a Christmas tree dye. We are going to put it into the end, put the cap on and we are ready to fill the press tube. So we are going to scoop out some dough with the end, one of the great things about spritz cookies is because we want the dough to be nice and soft we don't have to refrigerate it. This is a really great recipe to use if you are short on time. Say your kids come to you and say they say they need to bring cookies to class tomorrow and it's nine o'clock at night. This is something that will get the job done in a relatively quick manner. You just want to shove as much dough in there as you can. You can't put too much in it because if it starts to overflow it will just come out the bottom. So you will be very much aware of that. It helps if you have a slightly smaller spatula for filing it up. Okay so let's see how we are doing so far. We are going to screw the handle onto the top and to get the dough all the way down to the bottom, we are just going to squeeze the handle and hopefully you have put a little bit more dough in than I have. And you can see it there at the very end. It is starting to come through. That first cookie amount that comes out you are just going to scrape off because it is going to have some air in it and it's not going to be a good form. So now that we have the dough at the bottom we are ready to start putting our cookies on the cookie sheet. "
