"Helen McMahon for Expert Village. So our chocolate cookies are ready now. They have come out of the oven. We still have some more in there, but we're going to start stacking them up. When they're cooled then you want to store them in a tightly covered container. This is a nice big box and they can just be piled in here. They'll keep for several weeks with the lid on if you keep them in a safe place where they won't be in drafts or near heaters. This holds a good supply of the recipe that we gave you. It will fil the hold tin and will keep for a good long time. They also travel very well. They can be put in plastic bags, taken for lunches, or stored in a container that rasins or prunes or oatmeal come in for long trips. If somebody is visiting you and has a long drive back to Massachusetts or Pittsburgh or some place, they can eat these cookies out of storage containers. I'm going to take a look at this batch that we did of large cookies. Here they are. These are the giant size that we sell at the Lantern Theatre. Actually we sell even larger ones than this and they're nicely packaged. Folks like to come down to the lobby between the first and the second act and enjoy a cup of coffee or a cold beverage and a big chocolate chip or oatmeal or ginger cookie. So check out the Latern Theatre in downtown Philadelphia. Their website is www.laterntheatre.org, for some wonderful drama along with delicious cookies. Hope to see you there. Bye, bye now!"
