"In this clip we're going to talk about starts. In the beginning of a race you start double file, so cars side by side and there is normally, depending on the race, if you're in a heat there's about eight cars and if you're in a main there's about twenty cars. You start side by side. If there is a yellow flag you're going to start single file so bumper to bumper with nobody alongside you. You always start coming out of corner four there's a starting line and you just, you know the leader starts the race. It doesn't have anything to do with the flagman you start between the line and the checkered line. Well, you really got to pay attention to when they are starting so you can get a jump on them and make sure you're not falling behind in the restarts. restarts are key to a race track."
