"Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village and today we're going to teach you how to change the oil in a standard internal combustion automobile engine. So now we have the truck lifted off the ground with the hydraulic floor jack, now we will position the two jack stands under the frame also. So first you position the jack stands in the approximate area where they will be sitting and then you adjust the height. Get the height approximately how you want it and then put the pins through there and that will hold this adjustable part of the jack stand in place at the proper height so that you can set the hydraulic floor jack onto the jack stands and they will support the weight of the vehicle while you're working under it. So the other jack stand is going into position on the corresponding on the of the frame. Okay, so that jack stand is also in place."
