"In this clip we're going to talk about the proper way to remove and replace the EGR valve or exhaust gas recirculation valve on a 1997 Ford F-150. In this step we're going to talk about reconnecting the engines brake booster hose to the booster and setting our bracket back on and mounting it. This is the bracket here, it's going to go on that studded EGR valve bolt here, slip it onto its location right there. I'm going to slip my glove off I'm going to take and start the nut by hand right there and screw it down as far as I can. Once you have it down as far as you can by hand you're going to take your ratchet and put it on the nut and just snug it up. It does not have to be extremely tight, just a quarter turn past snug. Alright right there, you're going to go ahead and re-seat our power booster hose right like that. You want to make sure that the hose shoulder is bottomed out completely to the grommet. That is the proper way to reconnect your engines power booster break hose."
