Mark has a shorter, fatter pickle fork and he's going to knock these ball joints loose, upper and lower. You saw the car come up there a little bit once the tension was released. The reason they need to be bashed apart like it is they are taper fit. They are tapered into the spindle so you can see there on the bottom ball joint, it's exposed now. They're tapered as they go into the spindle and so there's a little friction there.
