on 7/14/2009 i took my car into this shop to get my alignment done.
they told me it was fixed, i payed, and they sent me out the door.
- Alignment Was Still OFF!
called to make an appointment for them to fix it right the second time.
...ended up rescheduled appointment because i needed a new tire... ended up buying 4 new tires, so tires shouldnt be an issue with alignment... Even the Tire Shop told me the Alignment Was Off. i told them i knew and that i was taking it back to the shop (again) to get it done right.

second attempt to let a&r fix my car, they Never Hooked It Up To The Alignment Equipment! they stated that it was the same as last time (yeah, its the same = the alignment is OFF!)... girl at the counter blamed my tires (my brand new tires??). i even explained to her that i got a second opinion and that the second opinion said the alignment was off. i told them what i thought of them, s...

"RICK GEISSLER: Hi, I'm Rick Geissler, expertvillage.com, coming to you from A&R Tire, talking about how to buy tires. Some of the least popular tires that we see, in our opinion, is your low-cost, entry-level stuff coming in as imports out of China. Some of those tires don't have your belt stiffeners, your bead wedges, your nylon cap plies. And the customer really doesn't--from what they see is "Geez, I can get four for $99," or "I can get, you know, I can afford these today." But what they're not finding out is that there's a lot of safety features built into those higher-end products that are--they put a lot of research and development in their products. So we try to stay away from a lot of your low-end imports. We don't think it satisfies the customers' needs long term. And most of the time, you can look at those brand names on the side and you'll realize just by reading that name that that's something that's been imported, or it says maybe "Taiwan or China." Belt stiffener, again, bead wedges, nylon cap plies, to reduce those costs, they have to take out those features, and those are performance and safety features."
