Loading a MIG Welder Wire

" Hi I'm Mike Rogers and we are making this video for expertvillage.com on the stage we are showing you how to load a machine and prepare it ready for your first weld. First thing to do is make sure that you got the correct wire for the job. So the steel wire for welding steel aluminum wire for welding aluminum etc. To load the wire first you have to remove the nozzle and remove the tip. It simply unscrews. The wire has to be lower into the machine making sure that it feeds from the correct side of the spoiled into the ...cup. So load the wire and then we have some sort of string loaded device that stops it from spinning to freely. Tighten the spring. We then find the end of the wire and we feed it into the guide tube. This guide tube takes the wire on the top of this roller and into the second tube. Once it is in you could happily push the wire through. The tension device different method to use this one just uses spring low detention and brings the second roller down to contact with the wire and holds it to the drive roller like that. Next we need to power up the machine. Use the trigger to feed the wire all the way through. Wire comes through ...make sure got the same size tip as you have wire. These are both 6 millimeter. Place the tip and place the shield and you are ready for welding."
