on 4/19/2009 What it mean is, for example if you use 1 ounce of paint then you would use 2 ounce of reducer. If you use 1 Gallon of paint then you would use 2 gallon of reducer. Hope this help.

on 8/2/2008 Thank you, thank you. I am repainting DeLorean bumpers and am in the process of getting my courage up to begin the painting. This really helps.

"How are you doing? This is Marcell Porter from Expert Village and we just got done preparing a bumper to be painted. So what we are going to do now is show you all the supplies need to get the job done. What we got here is reducer paint, paint, and cups. Here is the paint filler that we want to use instead of using the paint that is expensive and we are going to use this to fill that. So what we do is use one part paint 2 part reducer and we are going to fill this up to 8 ounces. So that way we get the whole bumper colored and the rest of the ounces we want to fill with reducer. Mix both of these together thoroughly, you want to make sure that both of these are mixed together. So what we are going to do is grab our paint gun, our strainer, this here is stirred thoroughly, you want to take your time pouring this in. You want to make sure your paint top is on you don't want no accidents. Definitely would happen and you are ready for paint."
