" Hi, this is John on behalf of Expertvillage.com. In this video clip, I will be showing you how to remove a spark plug. The tools that I will be using to remove the spark plug are a 3/8 inch ratchet, 3/8 ratchet extension and a 5/8 inch socket and I actually am using a spark plug socket which has a rubber insert in it. For this demonstration, I pulled the rubber insert out so you can see what that looks like. The next step is to place the socket on to the spark plug and make sure you are turning it in the correct direction, righty-tighty, lefty-loosey and you will remove your spark plug. Now since we are using a spark plug socket, the spark plug will be stuck into that rubber boot in the socket so it makes it real easy."
