How to post a video from a DV cam

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Cue up the footage on your camera that you would like to upload

  2. Step 2

    Connect the Dazzle to you computer using the USB port on the computer

  3. Step 3

    Connect the camera to Dazzle this can be done by using the S-video cable or an RCA cable

  4. Step 4

    Open up Pinnacle instant DVD recorder and go to the advance mode

  5. Step 5

    you will need to select the input source (dazzle) and you will also need to choose where to store you file. You could write the video directly to DVD at this point by selecting the drive.

  6. Step 6

    Input the approximate length of your video into Pinnacle and select the quality in the drop box.

  7. Step 7

    Select start recording on Pinnacle and press play on you camera making sure first that you camera is in the play mode (VTR) instead of record mode.

  8. Step 8

    To make sure you actually put the file onto your drive open it and try to play it. If you burnt a DVD then put it in your DVD player on your tv
