Tips & Warnings:

  • If you would like to edit your footage there are many programs you can use to do just that. I use adobe premier elements.
Step1
Cue up the footage on your camera that you would like to upload
Step2
Connect the Dazzle to you computer using the USB port on the computer
Step3
Connect the camera to Dazzle this can be done by using the S-video cable or an RCA cable
Step4
Open up Pinnacle instant DVD recorder and go to the advance mode
Step5
you will need to select the input source (dazzle) and you will also need to choose where to store you file. You could write the video directly to DVD at this point by selecting the drive.
Step6
Input the approximate length of your video into Pinnacle and select the quality in the drop box.
Step7
Select start recording on Pinnacle and press play on you camera making sure first that you camera is in the play mode (VTR) instead of record mode.
Step8
To make sure you actually put the file onto your drive open it and try to play it. If you burnt a DVD then put it in your DVD player on your tv
