"Okay another part or a aspect of shooting is what is called releases these are called mechanical release there is a number of different styles, there is all kinds of them out in the market. This one here is probably my favorite its brass, its kind of heavy, its what we called a back tension release. It is very simple to use, it takes a little while to learn so you could that is one of them here. Another one is called it's a jaw release which hooks to your arm it could be used to pull, it has a trigger on it which is use. You could also do what is called back tension on this one it just hooks around with a Velcro strap. It could be adjusted as far as tension and stuff like that. There are also your fingers. This is also what is used as a release so that could be done in any of the aspics of bows."
