"Hi I’m Angela on behalf of Expert Village.com and right now I am going to show you a way to increase flexibility in your torso. This involves two weights. Light ones preferably. This is focused on increasing flexibility and not muscle mass. This is more of an intermediate stretch because you run a risk of injuring your back. If you are beginning out, you want to begin with no weights at all. Just want to have a straight stance, good posture and then simply pivot. You will feel the stretches in your torso immediately. You can sustain them for a little while. Do not hyper extend. It could be very dangerous to you because you will injure your back and that involves a chiropractor. Just want to do that a few times. It is a very nice warm up before you begin any aerobic activity as well because it loosens the muscles. "
