"Okay, the best part of putting this all together now is taking all those moves and putting them in line to make a routine. This is going to help you practice them. Going to get a great workout for your heart and lungs and best of all it's a lot of fun. So we're going to start right here. You can hear the music in your beat. Three, two, we're going to start with a march. Right, right, right, left right. For four, three, heel touch forward. Front, front, touch that heel forward. Side lunge now. Lunge, lunge, lunge out as if you begin with your right foot. Right, left, right, left for eight, seven, six, five, four, three. Reverse lunge. Eight, seven, six, five, four, three. Step tap now. Right tap, left and tap for four, three now step hamstring curl. Now, step, ham, hamstring. Great, five. Step behind, step and tap. Step behind. Now around the world. It's your last one. Front, side, back, tap. Front, side, back, tap. Front, side back for four, three, two and march here. Right, and that's your whole routine. Good job."
