"Ok, so let's just jump right into an aerial. Before we get into it, I'm going to give you a demonstration of the aerial from a couple of different angles and maybe you can slow it down at home and take a look and see how the dynamics and the physics of the aerial is done. So let's just start one from this angle. I'm going to run and do this at a medium speed so you can see how the aerial is done. Like so. Ok? Now I'm also going to do one from here so that you can see how it is from a different angle. And I guess I'll do one just head on so you can see how the body dips and how the body comes up to do the aerial. Notice that the right leg lands first because for the aerial, depending on which leg you do it off of, it's going to be the leg that you kick off of, you will land on. From there, I've just given you a demonstration of the aerial. And we're going to just go right into the steps of how to do an aerial."
