"This is called a quick step. Its a variation of the over the top, rhythm variations in it. It is an advanced move so we're going to break it down. Its going to be stepping up from a side approach one and two. So I don't completely put my foot down, three and four, five, six, seven, eight. Rhythm over, rhythm back, step, kick. That's why I say quick step, one and two, three and four. So, one and two, three and four, step, kick. One and two, three and four, kick. One and two. So in my class, or in step classes, you probably won't see too many of these done in a row 'cause they can be very intense and if you lower your center of gravity with them, it increases the intensity as well. So one and two, three and four. That's usually the tempo that you'll see in your step class with the quick step."
