How to Price Items at a Garage Sale

"This is Ron with Expert Village talking about how to put together a garage sale. What I want to talk about is multi family garage sales and how to organize them. What you want to do first is to contact the different families. For instance in our family they are all related so when we go to have a garage sale we simply make a phone call, we ask everybody what time is best for you. We look at the weather first but then we decide okay when are you available, when can you if you need to get off work when can you go through your storage shed? When can you be truly prepared for this? So once we get all the families input on a few different dates we'll select. We'd actually had it planned earlier in the summer and then weather prevented it so we picked an alternate date and the alternate date ended up working just fine and so you want to make sure that everybody is organized and everybody is in a agreement on the best time of the year and the best day to have your garage sale."
