If you think about the expenses it takes to run your business and you can list them. It's payroll, overhead just general expenses that you need to keep that business running. Those are all and fast cost. You can see them on a ledger sheet but customer absolutely free both for you and your customer. Now is this valuable? Of course it is. It is one of the most valuable resources that you have and one of the least expensive to provide. Yet it is still important to maintain that as a very important element of running your business."
