Video Transcript

" Hello, my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is www.crossfitaustin.com. I will be demonstrating a series of exercise called the Daily Seven. The first exercise I’m going to demonstrate is the jumping jack. It is a four count exercise. Starting position is with the heels and toes together, hands down at your side. This is a jumping jack. When you’re doing the jumping jack, it’s important that you maintain a nice steady rhythm. It’s a great exercise to start with because it’s really good for warming up the body. It’s also really great for getting the heart rate up, and getting some cardiovascular benefit. "
