Video Transcript

" Hello, my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is www.crossfitaustin.com. The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate is called ones and toes. This exercise is called ones and twos by simple nature that you kick your legs out and bring them in; it’s a one two action. It’s important that you get a nice shoulder width stance when you plant your hands on the ground. When you kick your legs back, you want to make sure that your abdominals and gluteus are contracted.
