Tips & Warnings:

  • Besides copy paper, I also use the mutual fund booklet, any 8.5" X 11" ad I got in the mail.
  • You can trim "thumb cut" in the middle
  • Tape the end of the sleeve, and you can insert another Disc in the middle!
Step1
Photo A Photo A Fold in 1" with the 11"end of paper . (See Photo A)
Step2
Photo B Photo B Flip Over, Fold in 2" with the first folded end out. Place a DVD to guide if you don't have a ruler. (See Photo B)
Step3
Photo C Photo C Fold the paper Almost in half (folded edge out), leaving 1cm on one end (See Photo C)
Step4
Photo D1 Photo D1 Fold in the 1cm to secure (See Photo D1)
Step5
Scotch tape where the flap meets the pocket (See Photo E) Your Sleeve is now ready for use!
Step6
Optional Step D2: Open the flap and insert the folded part (See Photo D2) The flap is now invisible.
