"One of the poses that really works great in partner yoga is spinal twisting and it helps to have your partner and it feels really great. We are going to come back to back. We're going to do a little back to back twist here. We're going to take our hands down next to our hips, lengthening down through the spine and rooting down into the ground, inhale, reach the arms up, pressing your shoulders down even as you reach your arms up realigning your spine. Now as you exhale you're going to open your arms out just shoulder height. You're going to find your partner's palms and press into your partner's shoulders a bit. Roll your shoulders back so you feel your shoulder blades touching your partner. Inhaling again and lengthen and as you exhale you're going to come in to a rotation and keep the connection with your partner's shoulder blades and don't allow your shoulders to come up to your ears, keep them pressed down nicely, good. Inhale rotate back to the center and exhale rotate over to the other direction pressing into your partner's palms and feeling your partner's shoulder blades, inhale back to center and exhale over to the other side. Good, inhale, lengthen and exhale, twist. Good, releasing back inhale reaching the arms up to the sky and exhale drawing the energy into heart center."
