Video Transcript

"Hi I’m Manny Castro, exercise physiologist. This next exercise is called the triceps kickback. Is for the back of the arm, right here and we are going to isolate one arm at a time. Once again we are using our feet to lengthen the tubing and I’ve attached the hand attachments to this. What we are going to do is once we step on the tubing we are going to bend our knees, put one palm here on one leg, bring the elbow up and then extend keeping the elbow up and not bringing it back down here. You want to keep the elbow right up here, you may find this exercise difficult at first, you may want to use the easier resistance and you may want to lengthen it a little bit. Again about 3 sets, 15 to 20 repetitions should do the trick. "
