When you are used to looking down at the keys, you are using your mental thought on each letter. Touch typing is typing without looking and we have several things that help and in the first session where we teach you to type in one hour, what you are going to be learning is how to place your hands on the keys and we have the fuzzy dots that are showing by feel the kinesthetic aspect of it is you are able to put your hands on the keys and place your hands on the fuzzy dots so you feel very confident. There are other things that we have with key guard that can help if you still have the habit of looking. "
