Video Transcript

"What are some of the basic things you would see in a fighter? That you would say, “This guy could become an advanced fighter”. Well you know – what are some of the basic things, characteristics? The basic things are you see in a man, when you’re looking at a man box in a mirror, with nothing there, nobody there but his shadow. That can tell. You won’t know if this man will become this fighter or this advanced fighter, until you put him in there, until you’ve seen him spar and what kind of reaction he gets from being in there and getting out of there when he do those three rounds, or whatever – how many rounds he’s willing to go. But when he does those and he takes those headgears off, like my trainer always use to say, “If you come back, you’re going to be somebody. If you don’t come back, you ain't really want this.” "
