" On behalf of Expert Village my name is Ralph Reyes. I'm the Dojo-cho and the aikido instructor at Chi Martial Arts in Miami Shores, Florida. Today we are going to learn the advanced techniques in aikido. Okay our next advanced technique, we are going to continue with ushiro waza, which means attack from behind. This particular technique is called ushiro waza ryote kubi dai shiho nage; it looks like this. Uke is going to come around and try to grab me from behind, I apply kokyu ho, I step in. As I'm stepping in I grab the wrist that is closest to me, I then tenkan and I bring the opponent down. In real time it should look like this. "
