Hi, I'm Linda Parshall, fitness trainer and personal chef. I'm often asked can you freeze watermelon chunks. The answer is yes and I'm going to show you some creative, delicious ways to serve your frozen watermelon. Cut your watermelon in to cubes. The flesh only. And place on a cookie sheet or baking tray. Put in the freezer at least overnight. Once they are frozen, take the cubes and put them in to smoothies or mixed drinks. Or you can put toothpicks in each cube, put them out on a tray, serve it chilled and enjoy.
