Hi, my name is Luke, and this is how to make snowflake symbols using the keyboard. If you'd like to make snowflake symbols or snowflake emoticons using a keyboard, the simplest and easiest one to use is right above the eight key. It's also the star. Hold shift, and press eight, and as you'll notice, a star that resembles a snowflake will appear. However, there's many other snowflake emoticons that you can use. They're specific to each application, web browser or web-based program that you're using. For example, Facebook has a list of different symbols that it supports. Here are all the different snowflake symbols you can make. Some of them have keyboard shortcuts, and some of them don't, so you'll need to copy and past certain ones directly. For a list on different emoticons that your favorite application supports, check their documentation. And that's it.
