Hi, I'm Patrick Coll, and I'm here today to answer a question. The question is I updated my iPhone and lost all my music, how do I get it back. So you may have updated your iPhone and lost your music. You shouldn't have but if you did, here are some of the ways you can get that music back. If you've purchased the music from iTunes, you can always redownload it. No problem at all. So if we go to music and then we go to songs, you'll see the songs that are there. If you're using iTunes match, you'll see a cloud there letting you redownload the song if you don't have it. If we go to store in the top left corner here and go to the iTunes store here I'm going to go to more, I'm going to go to purchased. This will give us a list of all the music that you've purchased. And if we go here we see a not on this iPhone button. If we go to not on this iPhone it will display the music that you've purchased that isn't on your phone. And it will allow you to redownload it. And we can redownload it by hitting the cloud button with the arrow in it. And this is the easy way to get music back on to your phone if you for whatever reason lose it from your phone. I'm Patrick Coll. I hope this has been helpful. Thank you for watching.
