Hi, I'm Patrick Coll, and I'm here today to answer the question why is my phone not giving me audio on calls. So you may be making a call or someone has called you and you can't hear them and you are wondering why that is. It could be for a number of reasons. One of the main reasons this happens is there's actually a mute button when you are making the call that sometimes you can accidentally hit with your ear. It happens all the time. That's the first thing to check. If you look at your phone when you are making a call, you will see a mute button in the top left corner. If the mute button is on, it will be white so look out for that and if so, tap on it and you will unmute so you can hear. Another thing that can happen is the volume switches on the side effect the volume of the call coming in. So if that is all the way down you may not be able to hear anything in which case, you want to turn it up. If you've tried all these things and you still can't hear the person on the other end, there may be a problem with your phone and you want to get it checked out. So I'm Patrick Coll. I hope this has been helpful. Thank you for watching.
