Hi, my name is Luke and this is "turning off digital signatures in Outlook." Digital signatures are a great way to sign or verify that an item, or e-mail, came from you, specifically. However, this can be cumbersome, and you might wanna turn them off. To do this, open up Microsoft Outlook, go to file, then select options. Under the tab that says trust center at the bottom, click the button that says trust center settings. Next, the tab that says e-mail security, to the left, you're gonna left-click. Under encrypted e-mail, there'll be a check box next to add digital signature to outgoing messages. Make sure this is unchecked if you'd like to remove digital signatures from Outlook and then press okay. And, that's it.
