Hi. My name is Luke and this is printing emails in Windows. If you'd like to print an email so that you can read it out on a piece of paper or save for later use, there's a variety of ways to do this. Depending on what email client you use you may have different printing options. The default print client or email client in Windows is Outlook. To open Microsoft Outlook, click on the start bar. Type in Outlook and it should be the first program that appears. Here in Microsoft Outlook you find the email that you want to print, double click to open it then go to file and print. Make sure you have the right printer selected and then press the print button. However, if you don't use Outlook as your email client you will need to go to your email client. Mine's Gmail. So I'd log into gmail.com, open the email and then hit print and that's it.
