Hi, my name is Luke and this is how to email a folder full of files. If you want to send a folder full of files as an attachment, what you are going to need to do is have some zipping software. I personally like to use 7- Zip. It's available from this website 7-zip.org. Once you download and install 7-Zip, a new option will appear for your right click menu called 7-Zip. For the folder in question that you want to send by email, right click, select the 7-Zip option and then scroll over to where it says add to filename.zip. This will then compress and create a single file from your folder full of files in what's known as a .zip format. You will then go to the email client that you want to send the email through and attach this .zip file just as you would any normal email attachment. Keep in mind, however, certain email clients have limits on the file size. Gmails for example is 25 megabytes.
