Hi, it's Nil Muir. Today, I'm going to be discussing how to do do-it-yourself makeup for wedding versus a professional. O.k., there are some tips and tricks. Of course, if you have the budget and you can afford it, yes, it's great to get your makeup done professionally. But if it's not in your budget, there are some insider tips and tricks that I can give you to help you achieve some of the things to get that professional at home look. O.k., so basically it's about layering, it's about products and techniques. It's about layering, you want to layer, layer and blend. Always do your eyes first because with a smoky look or a heavier dramatic darker eye. So, then you're going to get a lot of spillage under the eye. You really want it like, blend and layer, I can't say that enough. Also, lashes, o.k., dramatic full sets of lashes. This always makes for bridal makeup great. Primer, you're going to want to use primer, you're going to want to use highlighting in, you're going to highlight in your T here. And on the top of your nose, o.k. It's all the highlighting, you're going to prime and powder in the T zone. Really exfoliate your skin before hand, lots of hydration, I can't stress that enough. And powder, powder's going to be important to keep on your special day. Powder and blotting sheets from where you get sweaty in the T zone. For pictures, you want to be dewy, but you also, you also want to have that powered look. So, for cameras you're not getting a light reflection, o.k. And most of all, have fun, smile and enjoy your special day.
