Hi, I'm Dr. Robert R. Pomahac. And today's question is, the ultimate chest workout. I'll be teaching you my tricks of lifting weights that I've gathered in the last 25 years to get a great chest and reduce the amount of time, with no rest. Do you want to know what my ultimate workout is for my chest and get it done in under 20 minutes? I'm teaching you my tricks right here today. So, first what I do is, I do always 10 to 15 repetitions with a super set. So, my first exercise will be dumbbells, flat bench, followed by universal flat bench. Second set of exercise will be the inclined dumbbell press, followed by universal machine incline bench press. And then, finally I'll do a pulley system, followed by weighted fly exercise. So, what's happening is you're getting six exercises done, high repetitions of 10 to 15, no rests, done in under 20 minutes. You're in, you're out, you're effective, you're efficient, and you're stressing your muscles of your chest to look great.
