Hi, my name is Al Agon, and today we are doing calf strength, leg exercises, sideways on the stairs. Now today we are doing elliptical, you can definitely use elliptical or stairs if you have them at home. So therefore, what Nicole is showing is controlled movements. She's working her calves as you can see and she's doing both sides of the elliptical. So from here going down. Now what she is doing is the reason for this is that she is working her calves, she's working her quad muscle and the outside of her legs to really beautify the body. Okay so from here, now it's important, most people ask me whether it's better to go fast or slower. Now if you are trying to build muscle it's more important to go slower, controlled movements, contract the muscle you are trying to work to get three to four times greater results in your exercise and that's controlled movements. Now again if you want to make it a little more advanced, you want to keep, when you go up, go back down. Okay you want to keep your legs contracted by keeping it slightly bent. Again thank you so much and we'll see you next time.
