Hi, my name is Al Agon, and today we're going to cover how to strengthen your glutes on a stairs. So today we are going to simulate a stair with a stepper. So that is something you definitely have at home. So we have Nicole Agon, she's my model. Now how do you do this, the fact you are also going back down. See how she's isolating the movement. I'm going to explain to you what she's doing. She's using again stay on one leg. Okay what she's doing is that she's going to also feel the quad muscle. Her left quad muscle. As she's going up notice the way that she's extending out. Stay on one side. She's extending out her back leg. Therefore she's isolating the glute muscle. One of the benefits that she's also receiving the fact that it's helping her balance and stability exercise. Go back down. You can also increase the weights.
