Hi, my name is Al Agon. And today, we're covering the basic hop in aerobic exercise. Now, basically the exercise, it's right here, is a quad muscle, is to build up the leg, the quad muscle. But it's very important to understand, its got to be for somebody who doesn't knee issues, it's somebody who's maybe worked out for the last six months. And maybe fairly active in their lifestyle. So, today we're going to start off with a very basic movement. So, we have Nicole as my model, and she's going to turn around and she's going to slowly up and one step at a time, backwards. Up, one step backwards. Again, that's being very safe, at the same time you should stop if you feel any kind of irritation on the knee. Or like I said, if you have knee issues. You want to turn around and take it one notch higher. For somebody's who's already been working out for a year, he's maybe in sports, collegiate sports, high school sports, professional sports. Therefore, now you start seeing that it will add a lot more cardiovascular benefit to this. Along with the quad muscle, it's a lot harder, it's quadriceps using aerobics and also for anaerobic which is strength training. Ready? Going down, be faster, up, down, up, down, little lower, up, down, little lower, up, down. One more time, up and down.
