Hi, my name is Carl, and today I want to show you how to delete a texture pack in the game Minecraft. It's good to know how to do this because sometimes you'll download and start using a texture pack and decided you really don't like it, you don't want it taking up space on your hard drive. So, the way to delete a texture pack in Minecraft, when you're playing the game, is just to hit the escape key and go to save and quit to title. And then, you'll go into the options menu and then select resource packs right here. And here I've got the current texture pack that I been using, it's Misa Realistic Pack and if I wanted to delete that, the best way to do is to open the resource pack folder. And that will open up the different texture packs and there you can see the Misa zip. So, all I have to do is select that and hit delete. Choose yes. So, in this instance, it tells me I need to try again because it is opened in Java right now. That means that the game is running. So, I'm going to go ahead and x out of that and minimize this window. I'm just going to go ahead and exit the game. If I come down here to this folder, you're going to see the Misa zip right there. I can now select that, hit delete and yes. And now, if I open up Minecraft once again and go in to select the different texture packs, then the Misa Texture Pack should be gone. So, now I'm going to open up Minecraft, we'll go full screen. If I hit the options and go to resource pack, it should just have the default. So, now we're back to the default texture pack and the Misa Texture Pack is gone. So, my name is Carl and today, I showed you how to delete a texture pack in Minecraft and I hope that helps.
