Hi, everybody, Joe Liptock, audio engineer. Today, I'm going to be talking about how to hook up karaoke microphone to your computer. Well it's pretty simple actually. In most cases, a karaoke microphone will have a quarter inch TS, tip sleep that is, plug at the end of it. So what you need to hook this up to your computer's microphone input really is just an adapter to take it from quarter inch to eighth inch. Now right here I'm holding an eighth inch TS adapter. But you can use the more common TRS. It will just be obsolete for the ring connection. But you can still use it, it doesn't matter. So all you really need to do is get that quarter inch to an eighth inch and plug her right into the computer. So have fun doing karaoke on your computer and thanks for watching this video.
