Vitamin A is fat soluble vitamin which is very, very important. You can take Vitamin A by eating natural foods. You can have squash, you can have the Beta-Carotene in carrots, they're good for the eyes, it's good for the skin, it's good for wrinkles. It develops retinol, and retinol is one of the things that they use on your face when they're trying to do a skin tightening. It also is very, very good for other parts of your body as well. Wrinkles in your skin also show degeneration in your skin. Actually your skin renews itself every 3 to 4 weeks so if you put the proper things into it you may not have wrinkles and you may not have other problems with your skin. Vitamin A is one of the things that you really need in your body and by eating natural things it can really help you. I'm Karon Gibson registered nurse.
