Hey, Charles Henson here. Today, I'm going to show you how to control your sound volume if the sound volume icon has been disabled. The reason you may need to do this is if the sound icon is missing from the system tray at the bottom of the screen. So there's a couple ways to do this. We can click on start and then under search you would type in SND VOL and you will see that it pops up here with sound vol, we'll click on that. This is a one time thing you can run it up and down to adjust your volume here. Okay the next thing we can do is click down in the system tray, you want to right click, choose customize and here it gives us a list of options. In these options we can choose whether or not we want to show the sound volume icon as well as other features that are available in the system tray. So now that we've restored the icon back to the system tray, you are able to adjust the volume of your videos or music.
